No matter what your stage of life, whether your priority is to save and accumulate wealth, transition from work to retirement, or to manage the cost of aged care for a parent or family member, Pathways can help.

While retirement can be a wonderful and exciting time for most, it can also be difficult to navigate financially and to know who to turn to.

Pathways Financial Planning SA aims to remove the stress and confusion, by simplifying your financial situation to make it understandable and manageable for you over the long term.

We can help you to plan your retirement and work through superannuation and income strategies. Where relevant, we can ensure that you maximise your retirement income by assisting with complex Centrelink Pension entitlements.

Pathways also works with small business owners and salaried employees to reduce their tax liability, manage their debt, and ensure their earnings are adequately protected.

Rural clients can also benefit from our expertise. We can help those on the land put in place wealth protection strategies, through tailored personal risk insurance plans. We also advise on retirement strategies for farmers, including strategies for the use of proceeds from farm sales.

Rashele Debnar
Rashele DebnarDirector & Principal Financial Planner
In 2016, Rashele Debnar began her professional journey alongside Chris Dobbin. Her dedication and commitment were evident when she was conferred with a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning in 2019, distinguished with honors. After successfully completing her Professional year under Chris Dobbin’s guidance, she achieved full authorization by early 2021.

Since then, she has maintained her academic pursuits and is now on the verge of completing her Masters Degree and earning a Certified Financial Planning certification. Proudly, Rashele has assumed the role of Principal Financial Planner, taking over following Chris’s retirement in 2023.

Although she’s a relatively recent addition to the community, with just 8 years under her belt, Rashele is frequently found relishing the splendour of the river as she strolls with her dog or embarks on adventures with her children. She has an affinity for Geocaching and enthusiastically encourages others to participate, as it leads to new and exciting places. Her green thumb is evident in her preference for gardening over housework, especially during the delightful autumn and spring days that the Riverland offers. Rashele also donates her time to volunteer work, including her recent appointment as the Treasurer of the Barmera National Trust.

Rashele’s clientele is diverse, ranging from younger parents to individuals entering Aged Care. Her expertise extends to the intricacies faced by those nearing retirement, whether they are farmers or business owners seeking bespoke solutions to streamline their financial situations. Her primary goal is to see her client’s enjoying retirement, secure in the knowledge that their funds and Estate are meticulously planned. For younger clients, she crafts pathways that offer both protection and adaptability to evolving needs. Rashele also excels in assisting salaried employees seeking to build wealth beyond superannuation. Rashele is an Accredited Aged Care Professional, and also has a solid foundation in Complex Centrelink matters.

She takes great care in establishing personal connections with her clients and prides herself on delivering customised plans tailored to each individual. Supported by an exceptional team of office staff, both onsite and offsite, she remains dedicated to providing outstanding service to each of her clients. Rashele eagerly anticipates continuing her service to the community.
